Please note our rental is for our staff to be used only in portraying the mascot on the given day of your event. Full payment in advance only. Refunds need to be notify to us 2 days in advance after which your refund would be voided if this deadline is passed. Any refunds before the timeframe, a 10% charge fee would be applied to the amount that was paid.
Shipping Time
Normally 1 to 3 business days. Cash/linx on delivery option or you can pay online bank transfer or credit card at checkout.

Free delivery for online payments TT$400.00 and over
Exchanges
7 day period for exchanges when item is delivered or received . No exchanges / refund on used party decorations , helium , underwear etc.
