This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Preppy Kids delivers orders across Trinidad and Tobago.
Delivery — Trinidad
We offer home and office delivery across Trinidad. Delivery fees are as follows:
FOR CASH OR LINX DELIVERIES (TRINIDAD)
- Orders under TT$400 — flat delivery fee of TT$40
- Orders TT$400 and above — FREE delivery
FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS (ONLINE BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD ONLINE)
- Orders under TT$300 — flat delivery fee of TT$30
- Orders TT$300 and above — FREE delivery
Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days. Same-day delivery may be available depending on your location and order time — contact us to confirm availability.
We accept all payment methods (cash, Linx, bank transfer, credit card) with no additional delivery surcharge.
Delivery — Tobago
We do ship to Tobago via courier. Tobago delivery is subject to an additional courier charge
CASH /LINX - TT$15.00 more (Total would be TT$650.00
Online payment - TT$15.00 more (Total would be TT$45.00)
In-Store Pickup

Please wait for a confirmation message before heading in to collect your order.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your package at the time of delivery, our driver will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Please note that a re-delivery fee may apply for missed deliveries. To avoid this, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or arrange an alternative pickup.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
